By accessing or using Tara ("the App"), operated by Alpha Intel Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
Tara is an AI-powered astrology advisor that generates personalized readings, horoscopes, compatibility reports, and chat-based guidance using Western (Tropical), Vedic (Sidereal), and Chinese (Bazi) astrology traditions. All astronomical calculations are performed locally using the Swiss Ephemeris, and all written content is generated by artificial intelligence.
2. For Entertainment Purposes
All astrology readings, horoscopes, compatibility reports, and AI-generated advice provided by Tara are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. You should not make important life decisions based solely on content from this App.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate birth data for astrology features to function correctly.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
- Abuse, harass, or send harmful content through the chat feature.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
- Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit AI-generated content from the App.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Tara offers free and premium tiers. The free tier includes limited daily messages and basic features. Premium features (compatibility reports, deep dive readings, chart insights, unlimited chat) may require a subscription or promotional code.
Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are governed by the platform through which you subscribed (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Refund requests should be directed to the respective platform in accordance with their refund policies.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, and code within Tara are the property of Alpha Intel Labs. AI-generated readings are created for your personal use and may not be commercially redistributed without written permission.
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
- Decisions made based on AI-generated astrology content.
- Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss.
- Inaccuracies in astrological calculations or AI-generated text.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
9. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page within the App. This permanently removes all your data, including your profile, chat history, and generated reports. This action is irreversible.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alpha Intel Labs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
