Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aura Check application and website (the "Service") operated by Alpha Intel Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Aura Check is an AI-powered fashion analysis app that provides outfit critiques, color coordination analysis, and virtual try-on features. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos and generate style recommendations.

2. Account Registration

• You may use one free scan without an account.
• Creating an account grants additional free scans.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid subscriptions provide additional monthly scans. Plans and pricing are displayed in the app.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Mobile purchases (iOS/Android) are processed by Apple or Google. To cancel, manage your subscription in your device's App Store or Google Play settings.
• Web purchases are processed by Stripe. To cancel, use the subscription management option in the app or contact us.
• Refunds for mobile purchases are subject to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies. For web purchases, contact us within 7 days for a refund.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos containing nudity, explicit content, or content depicting minors.
• Use the Service to generate inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI features.
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent scan limits.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All analysis results, style suggestions, and generated images are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional fashion advice. AI-generated images may not accurately represent real-world appearance. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of photos you upload to the Service.
• AI-generated images (outfit suggestions, virtual try-on results) are provided for your personal use.
• The Service, its design, code, and branding are the property of Alpha Intel Labs.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Intel Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the app.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
